Managed successful launch of new service for Shanghai-Atlanta non-stop route in 2008, and launch of new Seoul-Atlanta route in 2007. During tenure at Northwest Airlines (Beijing and Shanghai, China) responsibilities included managing China business unit, launch of Beijing-Detroit service in 1996 which was the first non-stop route by U.S. airline in China.

During tenure at Transamerica Agricultural Development Corporation - Oakland, California I negotiated and implemented first Sino-U.S. turnkey dairy project - a "compensation trade" joint venture - valued over $10.0 million. Served as Sudan-U.S. AID project supervisor, managing local operations with 25 staff. Developed proposal for supplemental charters valued at $1.2 million. Responsible for researching potential project opportunities in Asia region, project feasibility analysis, contract negotiations, and project implementation.
